Overnight Stays on our main Fetish/BDSM nights

We offer shared, semi private and a limited number of private rooms. We provide clean bedding/duvets, but if you would like to bring a sleeping bag as your preference, then that is fine. All rooms are now £15 per person regardless if they are private or shared. Full use of towels,robes and shower facilities included as well as tea/coffee/toast in the morning from 9am. You can park your car overnight in our secure car park and we ask that you leave the building between 9am 11am so that we have enough time to clean the building ready for the next event**. You need to book and pay for your bed in advance as they are in demand. If you cancel more than 7 days from the event, we can refund your money but cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are not refundable as the chances of us selling that bed are less likely. So please carefully consider your booking prior to payment.

** We do not open the building before 9am, so you won't be able to leave before this time. Please only book a room if you don't have to rush off early as you will be refused an early departure.

Entry price and sundries

The entry for all members on a fetish night is £10 per person.

We run a loyalty card scheme for couples and each time you come along, you get a stamp on your card; when you get 6 stamps, you enjoy a free entry. This scheme has been running for 4 years and is very popular.

You will need a locker key which is also your bar tab number for the night, for which we ask a £10.00 deposit.

If you would like a towel for the showers or hot tub, your first towel is free of charge, if you would like another, we charge £1.00 towards laundry costs.
